Email Client

Virgin email client is becoming unusable. Log in refreshing is so slow or not happening at all. Is there any settings that can be adjusted to make the client function as it ought.

No user settings to improve the current VM webmail.  VM claim to be still trying to sort it out after months of intermittent problems.

Your best option is to use a third party email client to access Virgin Email.  Help on how to do this here: https://help.virginmedia.com/system/templates/selfservice/vm/help/customer/locale/en-GB/portal/20030...

Edit: Today's issue is now listed on the status page under broadband faults.
