Hi can someone from Virgin reply to this please i have had to change my email settings 3 times in as many weeks maybe less primarily the account has been locked down due to what looks like spam issues i have to keep changing the password on my account all the time lately.

Why have i just started to get these issues the last 2-3 weeks if the accounts getting locked down to spam issues all the time why can Virgin just not block the spam instead of me having to change my details every time i access my emails ? thx in advance
