Duplicated emails

Why am I receiving duplicated emails and when I try to check through virgin (blueyonder.co.uk) is not working

At the last count there were no fewer than 890 applications classed as “E-mail software for Windows”. Perhaps you could give us a clue about which you are using.

Or you might not be using Windows – a MAC, tablet , phone……?

As a shot in the dark, here is a list of common duplication problems with Outlook -

If you cannot access webmail, please detail the precise error message(s).

sorry outlook16  laptop windows 10. Been using this email for years tried leaving on server! tried  never delete on iPad!

You are scattering questions all over the place so it is hard to work out what the issues are. Try and explain clearly in this thread just what is not happening the way you want and we'll try to help.

And I have just noticed you started this thread in September last year - nearly 12 months ago. Abandoned and now you have jumped in again. What on earth is going on? Are any of these problems related or what? We like to help but this doesn't make it easy.
