Delayed emails

For no reason whatsoever, some of my emails have started arriving one or two days late. Why is this and what are Virgin Media doing to correct it?

I've been experiencing delays of up to 5 days on some emails - one arrived today that was sent on 13th Feb, whereas others arrive straight away.

Hello Both

 

I am sorry your emails are taking a while to arrive, this is sometimes caused when a server delivering emails to us is on a blacklist for spamming although we fully acknowledge the delay is quite excessive.

We have recently made a couple of changes that may of helped? 

Please would you check if any emails sent from now on are being delayed and let us know, if so we will happily dig a bit deeper.
