Just recently, a few people have told me they have sent me e-mails to my ntlworld.com address that have't either arrived opr do arrive up to 15 hours later. The message that those sending get is as follows:

No action is required on your part. Delivery attempts will continue for some time, and this warning may be repeated at intervals if the message remains undelivered. Eventually the mail delivery software will give up, and when that happens, the message will be returned to you.
Is there anything I can do to rectify or any advice you can offer to try and sort, please?
With respect. Nothing to do with your mail settings. Everything to do with VM's rate limiting policy from senders which its servers think are or may be sending spam.. This thread will tell you all about it and save me repeating what has been written about it. Nothing you can do.
Superuser 2017/18 Use Kudos to say thanks Mark answer as "helpful" only when the problem is solved Please don't send me private messages unless I ask you to. I do not work for VM. The advice I give is based on my best understanding of VM policy and practice. You rely on it at your own risk.
