I think virginmedia bods read these posts? can they please clarify something on their web pages. I have just wasted a lot of time trying to create an addition email address. Having logged onto my primary email address I kept trying to create a new email address by clicking on "add email address" reasonable assumption? I think so. But of course I was on the portal to add and existing email address to webmail. PLEASE put a flag on this page saying to create a brand new email address go to my profile. It really isn't obvious as often a search will deliver you to these pages.
