Copying Sent items

I've had a look at the Filtering/Rules options, and can't seem to find a way of setting webmail up so that a copy of a sent message is not only placed in the Sent Items folder but also in one of my other folders.

Any ideas, anyone?

Cheers

Re: Copying Sent items

Set up a new address -

for example - MyBCCadd99@virginmedia.com  (Mods - this is a fictitious address)

BCC every SENT email to this address

Set up a forwarding rule at the new address to send all mail back to your main address

Set up a filter in your main address to put all mail from the new address into Folder xyz.

Set yourself a diary reminder to log in and use the new account periodically because -

VM accounts that are not used/accessed for 90 days get suspended and deleted 60 days after that.

Re: Copying Sent items

IMHO, either use an email client or find an email provider that is better suited to your needs; Virgin Media's webmail filters only work on emails received in Inbox folder.
