Contact about No Email

I have been without any email since the 5th Feb..
Says password is invalid. Nothing was changed. 
I have been trying for weeks to get through on the phone and chat..
Its impossible to get to speak to anyone. 
Really want this sorting out.. 
I have tried every number I can find on forums and google. 
HELP please.

No wonder you are frustrated. Why didn't you come here first? The solution is dead simple. Go into My Virginmedia and go through the process to change the password for your e-mail address - but keep it the same. That'll sort it out. It is a sync problem between the servers at VM's end.

Thats the next problem. Trying to Login to Virgin Media, keeps saying Incorrect Password. 
Password reset can not be sent via email as above.

Look I know you are frustrated but telling half the story only drags this out more. If I had known that you couldn't get into MyVM I would have given very different advice and asked very different questions.

First question - are you a VM broadband customer? Just answer yes or no.

Second question - how do you collect your e-mail, web mail or e-mail client like Outlook or Thunderbird. Can you still get your web mail to connect?

We'll pick this up again when you have answered.

Thank you very much, I persisted and managed to reset the password to get into the account, Then changed the email password, All is working Great now, Thanks for your help
