Changing the "from" address in webmail

Hi all, new to virgin, getting my mail setup ready. I have a domain name and wish to change the from address. How can I do this in webmail? It does'nt seem to let me change it.

Re: Changing the "from" address in webmail

Click Add email account (appears below the Folder view) or click ⚙, Settings, Email Accounts, Add account, and then Email account. After setting up the additional email account you will be able to choose the From address using a drop down list when composing a message.

AFAICS, that is not possible. Is there a reason why you cannot use the SMTP server associated with your domain?

Re: Changing the "from" address in webmail

Correction… AFAIK, it is possible by using appropriate incoming and outgoing server settings when Adding email account, for example, IMAP setting for the currently signed in account. Be aware that emails sent with the changed from address will trigger processes used in the detections of spoofed email addresses.
