I've been unable to use my iPad and iPhone to send emaisl from my NTL World account for some time now. I've tried deleting the account on each and setting up again and it didnt work. Can seomeone please help?

Any error message?Are you using the Ntl servers or virginmedia.com ones?Are you using SSL authentication incl the correct port settings - incoming:995 (imap), 993 (pop3) & 465 (smtp)?
