I have not been able to log into my Virgin email accounts for a number of days. When I log on just one word appears in the top left hand side - "Forbidden". I have tried on my home PC and tablet and on my work PC. I will have to take the time to call Virgin.
I'm currently unable to access webmail, been on and off all day, luckily I've started migrating all my emails to Gmail which is far more reliable, I suggest anyone else fed up with Virgin email does the same.
