Cannot send to blueyonder emails are being rejected

Cannot not send to blueyonder. Email messages are saying it was spam but its from a valid sender.

How do I get virgin to whitelist the emails?

Welcome to our forum, I am sorry for the slow response and your problems emailing our domains. We would not normally whitelist anything without first exploring the cause. When this problem happens it tends to be due to the originating domain reverse DNS configuration problems or being on our spam filters ie previous recipients have marked the emails as spam. What domain are you sending from? It may be worth checking the health here http://mxtoolbox.com/domain/ 

Also worth making sure the recipients mailbox has the spam filter options enabled as suggested here Non Delivery of emails to Virgin Customers

 

If all that looks good we will happily investigate further.
