I was waiting a long time after logging in to virgin mail direct page for the mail page to open and tried several times, after a while I gave up and logged in successfully on the home page and opened mail ttps://mail2.virginmedia.com/appsuite..... from the home page, no problems.
I tried to open the address book and tasks which kept trying to open and a popup showed.
"Failed to start application. Maybe you have connection problems. Please try again." I ran a connection tool and found nothing wrong
Using IMAP and Win 10 Home with phone and Ipad sync
Any Ideas to get the snags working properly, or was it a server hiccup?

VM webmail is currently seriously broken and has been for a few days. Keep an eye on the service status page for updates.
