Every time I try and edit some of the account under the main account, ie to change and email password etc the system say there has been a fault. It only seems to occur on accounts that were create some time ago. I suspect there is some null field in a database somewhere that causes an exception. Newly create accouts work fine. I have had this problem for months - admittedly I have not reported it becuase I have assumed it will get fixed. Clearly not. Is anyone else having the same problem?

I think this will require either a reset account side or possibly raising to our IT team if that does no work.
This will however require a DPA check to allow us to change account details and can't be done over the fourm.
If you call our customer care team on 151 from a Virgin line or 0845 454 1111 from any other they will be able to action this for you.
