My email has disappeared, it kept saying username/password incorrect, even though I don't usually have to enter these on phone and iPad. Tried logged in through internet with no joy. Can somebody help?
Welcome to the forum. I see you posted about this in another thread yesterday. It takes a few days for the forum team to respond. I'm sure @Nicola_C or one of her colleagues will be able to help in due course.
One thing worth checking first is are you a current Virgin Media broadband customer and is your blueyonder email linked to the current account?
