Cannot Recieve Email via Outlook since 11th Nov 16

Since Friday I cannot recieve emails via outlook settings no longer work

tried the setting recommended on the VM website.

Also tried to login to webmail via IE website does not function.

THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
