A couple of weeks ago I had to change my virgin media password and things were working fine, I was sending and receiving email via my typeapp again as that was the problem.
This morning I can't get my typeapp to synch so tried to login to my virginmedia to read my emails but it's saying my details are incorrect. I KNOW they are definitely correct so just cannot understand at all. My email is and always has been an ntlworld.com email. Why would this be? Have I been hacked.
Honest apologies for the email access issue. It's highly unlikely that you've been hacked, as that is something that would have been picked up by our Internet Security team.
A number of former Virgin Media customers, who still use the email service, are experiencing similar issues and most of these have been resolved with a password reset..
