From mid morning today I can't sign in to my emails either on my phone (now comes up sign in failed) when i tried to sign in to my virgin media on my laptop it says incorrect password? But it is the correct one, i haven't changed anything, is there a general issue? Im in Stevenage area 24.
Really sorry about the lack of email access, at the moment SMTP/POP/IMAP sign in seems to be failing on your mailbox for some reason. It does not seem to be disabled. Please would you try login to My Virgin Media and change the passwords, try it again and let us know how it goes.
Thanks for getting back, I am pleased it is now working, funny as still not working for me lol. Oh well I will pursue that with our server team. If you have any further problems please let us know in this thread.
