My wife uses a blueyonder.co.uk Email address on Live Mail I use a virginmedia.com Email Address on Outlook. We cannot send or receive Email via these Email servers. If I send an Email Test message using my Tesco.net account from Outlook no problems. I can PING test sites on the Internet. But I cannot PING test the Virgin/Blueyonder servers. I can see issues with Virgin Web Mail listed but not Email. Would try CHAT but it is overloaded and won't take my call. Can any one let me know if this a Virgin server problem. I have good Internet connection and my Outlook mail is working fine.
