What, if any, error messages are you seeing?

Do you have a current VM broadband account?

Getting service unavailable now please try later, no other errors.
What do you mean current broadband account? I've always had this account.

What Graham_A means (and he is being genuinely helpful in trying to diagnose the issue) is are you paying VM for broadband?

I do not work for VM. The advice I give is based on my best understanding of VM policy and practice. You rely on it at your own risk.

Re: Can't get my Emails via your website

Just to clarify further - many ex VM customers continue to user their VM - NTL etc email accounts and do not realize that VM closes email accounts down 90 days after the customer's broadband account has been closed.

In reality VM are rather lax about doing that and the email accounts continue working after the 90 days are up. In fact they sometimes continue to operate for up to 2 years after the customer has moved from VM and it then comes as a big shock when VM finally pull the plug and the email suddenly stops working.

If you are no longer a VM broadband customer that could be the reason for you being unable to access your email account. If you are still a VM broadband customer we need to look for a solution elsewhere.

Yes I am a VB customer and have an account with you.

It does seem to be working now but taking ages to get in.

Nothing you can do. You are seeing the intermittent fault with web mail that has been going on for ages. You can try clearing your browser cache and cookies, also refreshing the loading page when it is slow to load, try another browser, give up and use an e-mail client.
