I am unable to get into the webmail through the Virginmedia website - been like it all week. Says there is a connection error. But I am able to get it on an IPAD. Why is that and how do I sort this?
Welcome to the forums, I am sorry to see you have been having trouble with your emails.
Just to clarify are you able to access the emails via Apple mail/Mac Mail?
If you are having trouble logging into webmail try clearing the cache and cookies.
It may also help to update your password.
