Can't Compose/Reply - Blueyonder

Hi,

I have a @blueyonder.co.uk email address.  I can log on fine to the Virgin media email portal.  However, when I try to compose or reply to an email, I just get a spinning arrow circle.  I have tried three different web browser (edge, chrome, IE) and get the same issue in all of them.  All addons are up to date. 

I can send an email via my phone, but I need to send via a browser as have a file I need to send.

I assume this is a new thing as I sent an email at the weekend from this account.

Ah - resolved if

 

Click on https://mail2.virginmedia.com/appsuite/#!&app=io.ox/mail/write:compose 

When prompted to restore application, click continue - and works!
