Can someone please help or point me in the right direction

We are a business, and when we receive emails from anyone with NTL or Blueyonder email account, our replies are always undelivered. See below what comes back, this is causing our customers with NTL emails a real problem and ourselves, what we do we do. Below is the undelivered we get all the time

There is no contact for Virgin in a way to communicate with them and I am not sure I have posted in the right place?

Thanks for getting in touch, Apologies that we didn't get to you sooner. I am sorry to see you have been having trouble with emails being bounced. 

 

Please pop across the unedited header of the failed sent email, which should be included as an attachment in the failed delivery notification/ bounce back message. Send it to me via PM (Purple Envelope, top right hand corner) and we'll be able to pop the details across to the Postmaster to investigate further.
