Broadband speed update

I have an email about applying for the free faster broadband and when I sign in I can't access the details of how to do it anywhere help please

I've taken a look at your account to see what's going on and it looks as though you already accepted the speed boost back last month. You spoke to an agent who put it through then and there for you. 

 

As you've already received it, you wouldn't get a second boost. 

 

If you are not receiving the speed you should be, pop a post in the broadband boards detailing the issues you are having and this will get picked up by one of our broadband team Smiley Happy

I had something similar to this myself. The promise of going from 50 to 70 had been offered for months and months and never getting to a date when it would really happen. Without any notification from Virgin (unless their email got weeded out by their own spam filter! LOL) I suddenly found I was downloading at 70mb. Would have been nice to have been told!
