Bounced emails

I have been having emails returned from one recipient with the message 'timed out' until yesterday when the message was:-

Sender Domain Invalid (TT403)

This is only happening with TalkTalk recipients.

Any ideas/advice?

If it is this then it is thought to be fixed:

If it isn't then please could we see a full version of the error message (suitably anonymised)

This is the mail system at host know-smtprelay-4-imp.

I am sorry to have to inform you that your message, "Just testing.", could not be delivered to **********************.

The remote mail system said;
550:5.1.0 Enfdc1V5OeJFS Sender Domain Invalid (TT403)

The original message is attached.

This is a different issue to rate limiting.  @Stoneage - are you sending from a Virgin Media address or a different one?  In other words, what comes AFTER the @ sign?

It wasn't clear from the first post just what this was. It is clearer from the full error message it isn't rate limiting.

I think the next two questions are:

1. are you sending using VM as the ISP

2. are you sending using port 465 with SSL and authentication on?

I would not know where to find this information. 

All I know is that I have been successfully sending emails to this recipient for years and, without either of us changing settings (we wouldn't know how) she now longer receives my emails although her husband (@gmail.com) does.

OK - don't worry. What you do know and I want you to confirm (or otherwise) is that you are sending using a VM connection.

Yes I am.

I have tried sending from laptop and mobile, home and away, but no success. (I don't know why I did but if you are technologically challenged you'll try anything )
