Blueyonder secondary ids not recieving email

Spent hours on the phone to BY tech support yesterday after secondary ids stopped working entirely. Then I could logon but am now not receiving any new emails, although I can send. 

What the hell is going on?

This is a business email and not getting messages is seriously costing us.

Virgin: put email on the top choice of your 150 menu to avoid multiple layers of questions.  It matters.

The fact that you are using the address for business use is a red herring in this case as blueyonder emails are part of VM's residential service.

Are the email accounts connected to a current paid for VM Broadband account?
