Yes. You can phone VM - Broadband faults (deals with e-mail) and ask for the BY address to be associated with your personal account. You will be put through identity hoops (because the BY address is not on your account) and the old address may (may?) wipe out your current address and you'll lose that and its contents. You may not think it worth it.
