Blueyonder Webmail utterly unusable! GARBAGE!!!

How long to Virgin customers have to put up with this rubbish?

It must be over a year now since Virgin moved to this disastrous service.  

Perfectly legitimate reply messages from legitimate Forums don't even get into the Spam Filter, the just disappear.

I can't even access my Webmail half the time on my own laptop in my own house.  Just get the 3 dots..........

Far in excess of what a reasonable customer would expect.

And fast approaching 2 years.


Perfectly legitimate reply messages from legitimate Forums don't even get into the Spam Filter, the just disappear.

Virgin Media undertook to change the default spam setting of reject to deliver to spam folder, if this has not been completed for your account you may want to do it yourself now; Changing SPAM settings in Virgin Media Mail

Reload  the web page; ctrl + R

 

If email is important to you then find a provider (independent of any ISP) that is better suited to your needs.
