Have you got a proxy server set in the LAN settings of your browser? If so try without using the proxy.

I am having similar problems connecting to webmail for all my blueyonder, although I can still get 'most' blueyonder emails in outlook. Naturally one I want has disappeared and now I cant get to webmail. Have our accounts been orphaned?

I am sorry to hear your having trouble there with your emails too.
I have checked the service and it seems we have issues with POP,SMTP and IMAP which is affecting customers using email clients at the moment. This issue is not affecting anyone who uses webmail and after checking my own ntlworld and blueyonder accounts I find these are loading up fine and working as intended.
If you still cannot access your blueyonder emails maybe it has become orphaned. Unfortunately I am unable to check this for you here via the forums due to the requirements of the Data Protection Act. If you are still having problems then please give us a call so we can see it live. If it is orphaned we will do our best to try and retrieve it and add it back to your account for you.
