Blueyonder Email Down for 4 days! Please advise

What are Virgin Media up to! I have been experiencing problems with my my blueyonder email recently but it was down all day yesterday! Service status said fix by 20:00 last night then 10:00 this morning. This morning status is now showing estimated fix of 13th March at 10am.  What is happening here?  Four days is rather excessive.

The residential e-mail service is provided by VM as is. As it is at the moment it hardly fit for purpose. And with this outage affecting some customer is is definitely unfit for purpose. So do one of two things. Find a non ISP service or use and e-mail client which should still work.
