I have a Blue Yonder email account that I have not been able to log into for a few weeks. My password has been changed and I am unable to reset it. I have looked all over the VM website but can't find a way of doing it. When I try, it takes me to a page entitled 'Please Confirm Your New Username,' and tells me I have been sent an email about my account, but obviously I can't log into my account to see what I've been sent.
Phone VM - 150 or 0345 454 1111 BB faults (deals with e-mail). They can reset the password. It can't be done from the Forum.
