I am currently on hold for the 3rd time having been hung up on TWICE while on hold listening to music. This is now 45 minutes of my life I will never get back!! Can someone email me to help with sign in problems on your website and very slow TiVo box
I have given up ringing their helpline. They say an operator will be with you within 30 secs and then the line just goes dead after 20 mins. Unbelievable. The cal call is to cancel the services and go with Sky. At least they answer the phone
