Automatic email forwarding to another account not working.

I'm migrating to another email service from Virgin's web-based webmail and I've set-up forwarding from my Virgin Media address to my Gmail address using the built in option under Settings > Auto Forward while logged into Virgin Webmail. I sent a test email to my Virgin address which was received but not forwarded. I have obviously checked the spam folder, all mail folder, etc. Nothing.

Does this feature work?

Just tried it and it is still working.

Forward is a filter rule so you may want to try flagging all incoming messages with a colour  to confirm filters are running against mail arriving in the Inbox.
