Access to email - caught in a loop!

I'm not sure how i managed it, but I've  somehow caught myself in a loop trying to access my email.

I have yet to successfully access my email but have managed somehow to change my default email address to the virgin email server.

So what happens is this  ... I try to access my email account but the authentication email is sent to my virgin account ... which I cannot access!

Doh!

You used the username change option with the impression it created a new email address for you, which it doesn't, a fair number of people have made that error. It's not the best explained option. To resolve the problem simply login with your default username (not the one you typed in thinking you would get it) and cancel the username change.
