A user who is trying to send an email to ******@ntlworld.com is getting the following error message back from our mail server
"Action: failed ((5.1.0 Dynamic/Generic hostnames are blocked. Please contact your Email Provider. Your IP was xx.xx.xx.xx. Your hostname was xx-xx-xx-xx.dsl.in-addr.zen.co.uk.)) Status: 5.5.0"
The mailserver it is hitting is mx.mnd.ukmail.iss.as9143.net
The IP on the rDNS lookup matches the actual IP Address
Could you please advise if this is a setting that needs to be rectified at your end? And if not are you able to provide advise as to what settings need to be changed at our end in order to email addresses @ntlworld.com
This is the only email domain where we receive these errors
