When I open my mail box in Outlook Express I can not send or recieve any new E-mails I only get message saying
An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'blueyonder', Server: 'pop3.blueyonder.co.uk', Protocol: POP3, Port: 995, Secure(SSL): Yes, Error Number: 0x800C0133
Please Help with any suggestions
It has only happened recently. Was always ok before. I have changed settings previously as stated by Virgin Media
It seems it is probably a corrupt inbox file.
I have no experience of doing what they suggest - so please take care with it. But it looks believable to me.
