Hi there i have recently developed a fault with my cisco 4585DVB VHD set top box. The box seems to be caught in a constant update cycle and won't move on from stage 1 of 3. I have tried the generic troubleshooting ideas of removing the power source , cleaning the card etc etc but the problem still remains. I have contacted the help team but still nothing has been done about this. I was wondering if i can manually reset the box to its original settings then it would request the update again from the beginning putting the box back into a sequence. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
