unacceptable delays in new business connection

hi all,

ordered my new business connection in early nov'16.

still waiting to be connected,virgin has so far changed my instalation date three times.and that is after confirming the dates!

and virgin has the cheek to boast about out performing in customer satisfaction.........

i am very unhappy and wish i never decided to switch.
