increase in charges

Evening, just got my monthly bill through and my bundle has just hiked up by £5. Don’t Virgin have to notify you of price changes? It’s getting to be just as expensive as Sky.

It depends on what the increase relates to.

VM will send you a letter or email if there is a general price rise. The recent round kicked in on November bills but the maximum rise was £3.99.

If you had any time limited discounts on you account the bills tell you when these end. You don't get any additional notification when they end.
