customer service

Virgin customer service never do what they say they are going to do. I am still waiting for my settings to be texted. May take 24 hours is a complete joke. 24 hours down the line nothing is ever received. Previously I had no functional voicemail for three months. My apn setting are presently set to T mobile. Why don't they get their act together and offer their long time clients an acceptable service.

Sorry to hear of the problems with voicemail and your APN settings.

If you have still not received them you can find the settings for most phones on our phone support pages.

I would also like to ask if the voicemail service is working for you?
