I have been gong round in circles this morning trying to report a fault with a virgin media cabinet to the rear of 314 Teviot Street E14 6QS. ( it has left open and door is damaged)
I have called virgin media twice and been given 2 completely different numbers to report it on - one which is dead and the other takes me back to the original number.
can someone please advise how to report a fault

quickest response i have ever seen is when kids yank all the cables out, cuts off how many phone lines!! never seen so many virgin media vans get some where so quick!
