Why isn't LiveChat working? VM ended my conversation and I can't get back on now.

I've just upgraded to 3.0 hub and signed a contract and low and behold I cannot get chat, connect to the hub from its new app and my email has disappeared!  I feel your pain and still haven't got any answers yet Smiley Sad

I'm sorry to hear you've not been able to access the Webchat since upgrading. 

 

Have you spoken to the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111? If not give the team a call so they can look in to what's happened here.
