The website KEEPS crashing! After ALL the messing around & "important maintenance"???
They can't access bills posted until 24hrs have passed - Why????
The insist on using call centres which I assume are in the US...as a result the staff are almost incomprehensible! If calling from the UK, I'd like to speak to someone who speaks English - not Yankish.....
I BITTERLY regret using Vermin Media - on a score of 1-10...they are minus 10!
VM have their call centres in Europe (Poland), India and the Philippines and well as the UK.
