I have checked into the account for you to check on the status of this and can see that an area manager has confirmed the construction should be taking place on the 9th of April as you have mentioned and that as stated, once this is completed the installation can then be booked in.
I do apologise about the lengthy delays. I know we have been waiting longer than the usual time for the works to be approved and this was flagged numerous times on your behalf by the construction teams to our permit partners.
