I have reported a damaged green box to Virgin three times via the automated phone line since March. After the first report an engineer must have visited and put some hazard marking tape on it, but that didn't last long. It's now a real hazard!
On each occasion I have left my contact details and received a unique report reference number. I can't find anyway to chase an existing report with this reference number. Any ideas?

We've recently changed the way in how we report damaged/open cabinets. We now take the reports ourselves. I'm more than happy to look in to this for you. Can you come back to me with the following information:
Where is the cabinet located? (please give as much information as you can including position, Street, Town and Postcode)
Once I have your reply, I'll raise this up to be resolved asap.
