Last Friday night I reported an issue with broadband which was down yet again. They said they would note it down on my account and would let me know when it was fixed. It was fixed by Saturday evening but last night I received over 50 emails from Virgin Media "Virgin Media Outage Update" to say the problem was resolved and in addition I have received the same message in over 50 text messages and they keep on coming and coming to tell me the problem has been fixed. I called them earlier today to let them know but I am still continously receiving these text messages. Please help.
