Yesterday I posted how VM have no loyalty to existing customers and give all the best deals to new ones.

Especially the bit about charging existing customers £5 for non-direct payment and new customers £0.45.

Yet when I check back any comments, it's gone?

What's the matter VM, don't like people knowing the truth that you are ripping off your customers?

Well guess what, I have asked this to be investigated by the regulator and if a decision is made you are in the wrong, for them to force you to refund it all back to the date the rate for new customers was applied.

Hope it costs you £££££ and stop you using your customers as cash cows !

Wonder if this gets deleted too ?????????

Re: Post Deleted

i told you, the regulator will not be interested. it is not against any law or regulation to charge for non direct debit customers. and to add to that nor is there an upper or lower limit.

there is also no refunding monies because you are paying a higher amount than new customers. again not against the law nor breaking any regulations. you are wasting your time.
