Open and damaged cabinet at E107NX

Hi,

I want to report open and damaged cabinet at E107NX. I have attached some photos to assist Cabinet Maintenance team.

For unknown reasons your photos are only showing as white squares containing a pale amber triangle with a black border - even though I am logged in - wonder why? If you log in and can see them OK then it is the forums fault.

Thanks for your post and for taking the time to let us know about a damaged cabinet. 

 

I'm more than happy to get this raised up. Can you come back to me with the following information:

  • What Damage does the cabinet have to it? Or is it just open?
  • Where is the cabinet located? (please give as much information as you can including position, Street, Town and Postcode)

Once I have your reply, I'll raise this up to be resolved asap.

Good luck with that.

I've been waiting 5 weeks.

The last 3 times -- with the same cabinet - it averaged 4 weeks.

They need to compensate customers who are treated this way or they're going to lose custom.

I was promised 2 years ago by a Johnny Flynn, that a 'secure lock' would be fitted to the cabinet.

Obviously this is the 4th time in as many years it's been broken into.

Can you let me know when this will be fitted?
