New build and getting connected

Ive moved into a new build and had promises of calls back from the new build team and a promised visit.  I just cant get anywhere with anyone confirming anything. (or not)  House 2 doors down is up and running.  My house is internally wired but cant get anyone from virgn to get me connected or not. Can anyone help

Have you already signed up to a package with Virgin Media and just waiting to be activated ?

No. I want the 29.99 package but can't get anyone to sell it to me as it shows under cable my street section. However 2 doors away has a working service. Need the new build team to do whatever they do but no one calls back to confirm anything

Hi,

I'm in the same situation like others where i moved into a new property built by Charles Church and unfortunately i can't make progress as it seems my property doesn't appear as "ready" in Virgin's system.

I should note that the whole site is complete, no undergoing work.

The sales person no longer answer my calls, the NB team keeps says "come back with a call next week" and i've done it already 3 times ...

Any chance i can get some help please?

If not i'll go with BT as other neighbors contacted them and the Van is working on site.

Hi Karen,

Struggling to PM you but I'm having the same problem. Have emailed ucreferrals but no response. 

Been promised a call back from your movers team 3 times no and haven't got one - I've been on the phone to virgin 10+ times about this and still no definitive answer. 

Is there a way you can PM me and I'll then respond to that?

Thanks for letting me know that additional information you supplied.

Just so you know the property can be pre wired but still list as under construction as internal wiring is not a 100% guarantee that the external network is connected fully.

I'm checking with the teams for you anyway Smiley Happy

I have emailed our teams to find out when the address is going to be released on the database now that the cabling has been done.

If you can leave this with me, I'll chase this for you this week and hope to have an answer for you by the end of the week at the latest.
