Hi, I will be moving into my new house in January.The postcode does not show up on Cable my street yet.However,when I spoke to a member of the site I was told that Virgin Media were involved from the start but said they could not support the development. I am a bit surprised as the site has BT FiberOptic and it’s in a prominent location as well. Would there be any way to confirm if VM truly cannot do the install please as I am not sure if the answers I received from the site support is correct. I have been a VM customer for over 14 years and would like to continue the same.

Please make sure you are only posting once about your issue. We understand it's frustrating when something's not right however posting more than once about the same fault makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts.
